You, your business or organization are invited to be a part of:

Frontier Days Fort Dodge 2017!!!!

Each year vendors with a wide variety food products, services and items to sell or promote are an important part of Frontier Days in Fort Dodge. This year you are invited to be a part of the 43rd annual event and enjoy meeting and promoting your goods or business to thousands of people over the three day event. We encourage you to be part of this great Iowa tradition, with over 4,000 to 7,000 attending the three days of the event.

Event times and dates are:

Friday 12pm to 9pm June 2nd *** 12pm – noon is earlier start time than prior years.
Saturday 10 am to 9pm June 3rd
Sunday 10 am to 4 pm June 4th

Frontier Days will start on Friday at 12 pm. All vendors are to be ready and support vehiclesā€™ off of the grounds by that time, and are expected to be open during all daily hours of the show. There will be no closing early on Sunday. Electric Power supplies are limited and will be provided on a first come first serve basis. All vendors shall also provide copies of all needed insurance and bonding documents, with their registration and check.

  • Food vendors must also adhere to all Iowa State Health Codes and must provide needed materials for said codes.
  • All vendor spaces will also be on a first come first serve basis and will be numbered with a map provided to show your set up space. If you require more space, more space can be purchased to fit your set up.

Crafter, nonprofit and club spaces shall be rented in 10ft x 10ft = $50 per space $10 more for electric (if available).

Food Spaces shall be rented in 20ft x 20ft = $400 per space with electric (if available)

Electric connector: If you need 220V ā€“ be sure to detail clearly on the 2017 Vendor Form the design of the connector you have. It will make the difference if you have service or not.****

***Vendor forms and funds postmarked after 4/15/17 will go from $400 to $450 for key and food vendors.
